How long will my delivery take to arrive?

It is important to note that all the computers we create as custom made and as such delivery times may vary. you can rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you within five working days. From the moment you order we will be in constant communication, updating you with the progress of your computer.

When will my computer arrive?

We use Parcelforce couriers. All deliveries should arrive within 72 hours once shipped. Information and tracking numbers will be provided to allow you to track the progress of your order. Your delivery may arrive between 9am-6pm. If you miss your order the courier will leave a card at your address with information on where the parcel is being held.

What happens if my item is damaged?

All items are shipped insured to cover their value and well packaged. It is your responsibility to check the condition of your parcel immediately once it has arrived. If damage does occur in transit which is very rare please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please also provide a picture of the damage so that we can inform the courier of the problem. Any damaged items will be replaced as quickly as we are able.

Free Installation

We offer a free delivery, installation and demonstration service to the local area (Bristol). This is offered to a geographical area 10 miles around the centre of Bristol.

We are more than happy to deliver and install computers outside of this area. However the following charges will apply;

10-25 miles outside of Bristol +£20.00

26-50 miles outside of Bristol +£35.00

51-75 miles outside of Bristol +£50.00
